• On the Layers Legend (right side of the map), click the expand (+) next to Base Features
• Check Address Locations
• Zoom in to view the address points associated with the parcel

You can use the Tax Estimator on our website. Instead of entering only a purchase price, include land value plus estimated construction cost.

Example:

• New building(s) construction: $500,000
• Current land value: $100,000
• Property located within the City Limits of Clermont

Steps:

• Enter $600,000 as the Purchase Price
• Select “No” for Homestead Exemption
• Choose Clermont from the Property Location dropdown

The Property Appraiser reviews all parcels annually for the January 1 assessment date. Values are based on market activity from the prior year.

Commercial properties are analyzed using the three approaches to value:

• Sales Comparison Approach
• Income Approach
• Cost Approach

In the Land Data section of your parcel, the measurement to find how much SF or AC of a property is 1 Acre = 43,560 SF.

Example:

• The property has 1.5 acres. What the square footage?
  1.5AC x 43,560SF = 65,340SF
• The property has 65,340 square feet. What is the acreage?
  65,340SF ÷ 43,560SF = 1.5AC
